Smt. H. B. Palan College of Arts And Commerce, Anjar started in the year 2006. It is located in lush evergreen surroundings in a 12 acre campus and has adequate infrastructure. It offers undergraduate courses in the field of Arts and Commerce to students and enables them to become future professionals. The college has adequate faculties for Arts and Commerce sections. The College has a computer laboratory and a separate library building.

It is a career in which one has the responsibility to take care of all the workers of the organization. An encouraging, trained and talented staff is very important for progress of any organization and because of this, human resource has become an essential department of any organization. It is the H. R. Manager who chooses the required workers for an organization. Human resource management includes developing profile, screening or interview of applicant, organizing and coordination of the tests, detailed research of profile of any worker, and organizing training for new workers.
Anjar Education Society is all set up for these results to be achieved by its HRM students. In the past it has and in the future too, the Society shall be trying its level best to enhance the students under its wings and provide them with the employment for the betterment of their own and the society.
Human Resource Management may be defined as the total knowledge, skills, creative abilities, talents and aptitudes of an organization’s workforce, as well as the values, attitudes, approaches and beliefs of the individuals involved in the affairs of the organization. It is the sum total or aggregate of inherent abilities, acquired knowledge and skills represented by the talents and aptitudes of the persons employed in the organization.
The Human Resources are multidimensional in nature. From the national point of view, Human Resource may be defined as the knowledge, skills, creative abilities, talents and aptitudes obtained in the population; whereas from the viewpoint of the individual enterprise, they represent the total of the inherent abilities, acquired knowledge and skills as exemplified in the talents and aptitudes of its employees.
HRM is seen by practitioners in the field as a more innovative view of workplace management than the traditional approach.
Anjar Education Society provides one year PG Diploma in Human Resource Management which is affiliated to KSKV Kachchh University. It is a good professional course one can join after any bachelor (B.Sc., B.Com., B.A., B.B.A. or other) degree as it is a PG course. So, it provides good platform to get managerial jobs within Kachchh and out side Kachchh region. Admission forms will be available in the college during June-July.
