Admission


The parents will be required to contact the administrative office for the completion of admission formalities of depositing the required fee and other charges along with the necessary documents (which will be provided).
The following documents are to be submitted for admission:

  • School Leaving/ Transfer Certificate
  • Latest Report Card from the previous school
  • Registration form
  • 2 passport size photographs of candidate
  • Photographs of parents
  • Photocopies of Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Corporation or any competent Authority. Certificates issued by doctors, Nursing Homes, etc. will not be accepted.)
  • Medical Certificate  .

Without above documents no student from Class II onwards will be admitted.

General Rules
Payment of school fees to be made only through crossed Cheque / Demand Draft in favour of
"ANJAR EDUCATION SOCIETY" (AJAR-KUTCH).
The amount deposited towards registration and admission for a particular year will neither be refundable nor transferable to any other year.

The Admission Office will remain open from 9:30 am  to 4:00 pm on all working days with lunch break from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. The office will remain closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
